i have a roommate that hasn't been to the house in about 6
months. he was paying his portion of the rent, but now he
hasn't made the payments to our landlord for april or may.
the lease is up at the end of june and now my other
roommate and i have to pay the rest of the rent the dead-
beat won't pay. what do we do with his stuff?
