Hello, I represent a few high end condo owners. One of my
property owners has had tenants in the property for 22
months. The lease contract states that they are required to
pay for electricity. The tenant made several attempts to
get a bill in the first 6 months of tenancy but the owner
never billed or produced a bill for the electricity. Now,
they owner wants to get paid (22 months later). What
guidance should i give? Has the property owner forfeited
some of that amount due to the large length of time that
has passed?
