I gave a private renter a security deposit of $900, however
after the walk through i realized that was too much to pay
for the "old" property. Therefore as stated on the
application that I could recieve my deposit back if
contacted within 3 days. Nothing stated that a portion
would be with held, however she with held $80. What can be
done about this, I understand that $80 isnt much, but it's
the principle....
