I have been renting since april after turning my heat on
and not getting it when i turn it up high i come to find
out there are people in the basement who is sharing my heat
at my espense. I asked the landlord what was going on he
said he don't know after talking with the gas company they
told me there was only two meters but there are three
aparments and there is none for the basement i looked
around my apartment and found that in my vents i can see in
the basement. what can I do?
