The California Bar Examiners WILL NOT tell you what the compliance
issues are. Reportedly, even if you are a WCSL student, they will not
tell you. But, the "issues" the CBE have with WCSL are, basically, no
faculty and the "bare-bones" nature of the study program, i.e., "reading
the law." Apparently, the CBE feels that students need to be spoon fed
and can't learn on their own with some direction from a school.

WCSL is obviously NOT the school for everyone. But, the school did give
full disclosure and for students who were capable of "reading the law"
it allowed them to qualify to sit for the CA Gen. bar. There bar stats
are not bad for the number of students they have.

I believe the Dean is trying to do everything the CBE are asking, but it
remains to be seen if he has the resources to do so.
