Hope someone can answer this question regarding a commercial
lease. First off I'm in Missouri. That is where the lease
was executed. My lease expired approximately 3 years ago and
was never renewed. I remained in the shopping center on a
month to month lease with no written agreement signed by
tenet or landlord. Is the expired 3 year lease relevant to
the month to month. In other words does the former lease
dictate the terms of the month to month lease. Any input
would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your help in advance.
