I have recently retired after 50 years working for a
professional theater and they have offered me a buyout of
$20,000 and co ownership of images, both negatives and
digital. The images amount to over 100,000 negatives and
30,000 digital images. I am left to ponder the situation
and come up with a decision that doesn't leave me hanging.
Is the co ownership possible or even legal? How is the
value of a product like this determined? I am a
professional photographer. Thank you.
