I have a felony Burglary conviction from when I was 24. I
would like to legally own a small caliber pistol by father
gave me over 10 years ago. I am 67 yrs old now. I have not
been in trouble since then. Is there such a process to have
that conviction set aside? Many are telling me to get a
Pardon. I need advice on potentially both ways if possible.
