One of my best friends advised me to come on here and ask a
question. My brother is incarcerated and I don't have much
time to live if I can't get a kidney. My brother is wanting
to donate his kidney to me because he is a universal donor.
But with him being in the federal bureau of prisons they
are holding up the process. My brother already filed a
compassionate release motion but the federal judge who has
his case is just sitting on it. He filed it about a year
ago now and the prosecutor has given her answer and
everything. At the current time I'm in the hospital writing
this. Can anyone please let me know what I can do to get
the judge to answer his compassionate release motion?
