I am looking for Arkansas law stating that a landlord should
disclose information stating that he is a sex offender to
the tenant before the lease is signed. Also stating that
they are not to enter into a home with minor children
without notice and being or owning property within so many
feet of a school.

Landlord is a Level 3 sex offender, 12/26/12, by Jennifer.
