Post: ATTORNEY REFUSES TO FILE FOR HEARING TO SEEK INJUNCTION

I have a neighbor that is embroiled in a bitter divorce in which he has vacated the marital home. The original temporary order states that they are not to destroy, sell, etc. marital property. This couple is 64 and 73 years old, the wife being 73. They have only been married 10 years. In a hearing, the wife was ordered to vacate the home in 30 days, of which she has 16 more days to do so. She has gotten a large pod unit and is filling it with the whole household of expensive furniture, everything off the walls, literally everything in the house. He was told by a neighbor that she has full intentions of having the pod company come and pick it up and haul it out. He contacted his lawyer several times by phone and text message and asked him twice to file for a hearing for a temporary injunction barring her from taking all but her personal belongings until the divorce is final. His attorney will not call him back nor answer his text messages. The sheriff says they cannot stop her from having the pod removed. This attorney was paid a $1,500 fee up front and has only been to court for a ten-minute hearing one time. Hew has not requested more money, so that's not the issue. Can anyone please give us some guidance as to what we can do before this man loses everything in the house?
