Post: Adult Mentally ill child

I have an 18 yr old daughter with borderline personality
disorder. Who is now Pregnant and has Hep c. And is unsure
who the father is. I want to petition for guardianship as
she is almost 19. But do not know how to do it. We live in
Ouachita Parish Louisiana. She refuses to take her
medication or seek mental health care. She is going out to
clubs and bars while pregnant. She is a danger to herself
and her unborn child.
