hi
i was wondering if anyone knows the law for extradition in
delaware. my son has a detainer out of pa. he fought it
once and no governor's warrent was issued and the case was
dismissed. now he was arrested again in delaware and pa put
out the same detainer. it was my understanding that once
you fight extradition and no governor's warrent is received
you can no longer held on that warrent again. any help with
this would be appriciated.
