I am a special education teacher that has done a case study
on applications for a company's product that they had not
considered. I am interested in persuing my legal rights to
the idea that I came up with, while not upsetting the
company that allowed my to borrow their product. I am in
need of advice as to what my rights are to my idea, my case
study and the publication rights to my study. I need help,
and don't know where to turn. Please advise me as to what
