To those who use U.S. Military Medical Facilities:

Check for the Green DD-2 I.D. Card of your doctor.

Since their assumption of the support of military medical
services;
Anthem Alliance has impersonated each other; and Military
Officers who are either doctors or nurces.

Demographic data has shown that the patients who are
in receipt of malpractice from Anthem Alliance medical
personnel are all either Roman Catholic, Jewish, Islamic,
or Orientals. The association of Anthem Alliance and the
Larger Southern Based Hate Groups has been known since 1996
by the FBI.

If you have a complaint against any of the Anthem Alliance
medical service personnel; DO NOT CONFRONT THEM! Anthem
Alliance has a long history of retaliation against any and
all federal witnesses they can lay hands on the records of.

If you have a complaint against Civilian Doctors at Military
Medical Facilities; Report them to the Base CID (For Army),
NCIS (For Navy and Marine Bases), or OSI (For Air Force
Bases).

Then Duck while the slander flies from Anthem Alliance's
friends.
