Sex offender in Kansas's attorneys Mike Lazzo and Paul
Arabia go to court and get him a name change and a new
birth certuficate,give him a place to live and lie to the
police to protect him from bring picked up on a fugitive
warrant.Anyone else know of practices like this by any
attorney?
