Post: Niche marketing in pharmaceutical litigation

Doesn't it seem like feast or famine in drug litigation?
There were no lawyers taking on Baycol cases before FDA
encouraged Bayer to recall it, but afterwards, there seem to
be ten lawyers for every case.
But Baycol was causing the injuries before its recall, and
the conduct of the sponsor, drug label, etc., were all there
for anyone to see.
DrugIntel.com caters to lawyers, clients, and experts
concerning the much more numerous lawsuits pertaining to
non-famous drugs. For these, it is a matter of
concentrating drug lawsuits in the hands of those lawyers
who already have the same or similar cases.
Attorneys interested in cases for particular drugs are

Attorneys may also receive the DrugIntel newsletter to stay
abreast of new drugs that are exposed due to inadequate
warning and severe adverse events.
