Posted by Rafael Borras on 4/13/06 The Bar in Puerto Rico is just ridiculous. Only 30% pass. It has 12 Essay qs. All designed to kill. Plus 124 MC qs. The exam last 3 full days, plus you have to pass the Notary Bar. In PR all Notary Public must be licensed attorneys. I just took it 2 weeks ago. I just signed up to take the Florida Bar and I'm trying to get in contact with someon who has taken it or will take it. Someone told me that there are state where you can practice some legal field without the bar. Any truth to that?
