Until the winter bar exam. As you may already know, this
is not your typical test. You can't binge study and expect
to pass. This is a marathon.

I know. I have passed four state bar exams including New
Jersey's.

In 2005, only 61% of examiners passed New Jersey's winter
exam. In March, 2006, the National Law Journal reported
that bar exam failures were on the rise.
