Sorry about your accident! Also, sorry that no lawyer on
Counsel.Net has answered your post before now. The answer
to you question of what are you chances is GOOD! You have a
GOOD chance of recovering, even with the pending corporate
reorganization proceeding going. But you should have legal
counsel. If you have not already hired an attorney, call
information in and around Los Angeles and find the phone
number of the great Ernest Franceschi, Attorney at Law.
That may not be the correct spelling of his last name, but
it is pronounced "Fran chess key." He is well known in
California, so you will be able to find him. Tell him I
recommended you to him. He will help you. If he is too far
away from your hometown, or where the accident occurred, he
will refer you to a good lawyer that is not. Good luck!
