Post: 17 yr old allowed 14 yr old to drive car result was accident

a 17 year old allowed his 14 year old brother to drive a
car and it resulted in the 14 year old causing an accident
that involved another car. What is the maximum pentalties
for both of these boys? please respond I do not know where
else to look...thanks
