Why are you wondering?

The answer is pretty obvious and you answered it yourself.
What is one of the first words you use? "falsified". Any
time your forge anyone's signature on anything it is
punishable. Was this done to you? Was it a relative? Why
would someone want to change your mailing address? Was it
an ex husband or boyfriend trying to get your mail? I'm just
trying to figure out the situation so I can help you better.
