Post: Eviction Notice Posted on door

I recently broke my anlke at my apartment complex in Ohio. The lease says they don't have toclear the sidewalks - so I have to pay for everything. However I paid my February rent on time (minus a $50 late fee due from Jan) - on the 5th _which I was a a sugeons for my ankle - and the property manager said I still owed $50 - I forgot to have my parents drop off the check - ad since then have been heavily medicalted until I receive surgery on the 10th. Any ways the property manager posted an "leave the premises immediately" notice on my door. My check was not returned but she said she won't accept partial rent - I paid ALL of February. Now she wants to charge me $50 late fee on a $50 late fee. I have no problem with paying the late fee for January but - I know she's mad becasue I called frustrated about the condition of the sidewalks. I have lived at the apartment complex 1 year but I switched apartments in Aug. of last year and she said that restarted my 1 year lease. I have an $800 security deposit that I can't afford to lose. What do I do?
