I was in a dispute recently with someone that onced worked
for my landlord. As the dispute escalated the person with
whom I had the dispute was able to yell out that she does
filing for the landlord and she knows that i don't pay rent.

Is this slander or a violation of my privacy rights. I
need to know before I take any legal action. Please advise.
