i live in a motel been here two years involved in unlawful
detainer case it is not for non payment of rent but he was
in prior court case and testified he had no other tanant
longer than 28 days there but he did me the office told me
two days prior to rent due that had to check out would not
except rent.i said i cant due that. the city wasgonna
inspect again and they told me my truck was always here it
was noticeable.i had filed a response asking court to give
me couple more weeks and to take legal action against owner
. i recieved all court papers except court date. and the
lady is not employee only she is owners best friend i know
they withheld court paper. what can i do ?
