I gave my soon to be ex husband two speeding tickets for
him to pay off for me. He said yes but then was spitefu
and did not pay them so I got a warrant for my arrest in
Colorado.

I left on November 15, 2006 and then he received a letter
for me that he proceedede to open and write inside the
letter a nice note with his handwriting and sent it to me
in Miami. I am pretty sure it is illegal to open another
persons mail is it not?

It was addressed to me not him .
Please can someone tell me if this is a felony?Thanks.
