All complaints should be put in writing and addressed to
the "Postmaster." I believe any post office will accept the
letter without postage. At the top of the letter you should
write "Complaint about third-party tampering with my mail"
this will allow the post office employee who opens the
letter to properly direct it. Then describe your complaint
in BRIEF detail. Include your return address and if
possible a phone #. In the meantime tell your postal
carrier or local post office to only deliver your mail to
your address and not to forward it. If you want, I believe
the post office may be willing to hold your mail for pick up
at a post office for a month or two. Or if all else fails
you could get a US post office Box.

One last thing--try not to tick off your PO--right or wrong
he/she can make it tough for you.
