Gave info for city senior center run by parks dept.
for myself and mother. SSN, Name, address, medicare #,
and many other private data elements. Gave to manager of
center. weeks later was told it was lost and had to
provide another. Been up chain to city alderman. Have
intention of recommending change to city's way of handling.
What should be happening here am hurt and confused.
