Can she be in trouble for doing this. I had all my mail
forwarded to my new address but I guess one went there by
accident. It says on the envelope "RETURN SERVICE
REQUESTED-PERSONAL & CONFIDENTIAL". Theres proof that she
opened it to. She wrote me a note on the inside of the
letter.

My ex mother in law opened my mail, 5/05/08, by Stephanie.
