I've been taking care of my elderly mother now for over a
year, And being i'am there everyday (not living there) I
asked if i might be able to recieve some mail there being
it was safer for important letters since it had a lock
mailbox. A year later still getting some mail here, Today
the site manager came holding my mail in her hand and said
the carrier handed it to her, now she thinks i live there
and has given my mother 14 days to vacate, My question is
can the mail carrier just hand my mail to just anyone? and
can the site manager be held for tampering with my mail
and assuming i live there?
