I think that my sister-in-law is getting my mail and opening it. My boyfriend and I just moved back to his home town so were staying with his sister for now. I'm expecting important mail that should have been here by now.For some reason I havent got it. (that i know of) I think she is having her kids get my mail before I know it. Now it is illegal for her to do that right? I dont have proof, but if I find out that my card has been activated it can be electronically traced right? Plz give me feed back, thank you.
