I am having an issue at my work- regarding staff mail. I
work for the federal government, and recently my mail was
deliveed to the area I work in. It had been opened with a
letter opener - it was a goverment issued charge card
statement. This was clearly addressed to me. What should I
do?

This is not the first time that mail has been given to my
suprivisor and held for days. What steps can I take to
protect my rights?
