I cosigned a car for a relative. He is seding payments. He
doesnot want to open claim for a hail damage, doesnot buy
insurance for a teen daughter driving with him. I can't
trust him to finish the payments, and will drop it on me.
Can I take possession of the car? Can he go to the lender
to request paying off without my agreement? What is my
rights. Please give comments. Thanks!!
