Here's my question, since I can't seem to find a straight
answer anywhere. I had to take a drug test at my place of
buisness. For reasons that I chose not to disclose, I feel
that I may not have passed it. What I would like to know is
wether or not my place of buisness is allowed, or required
to release this information. I know that The testing
facility has permission to release it to my company, but
then what are they allowed, and/or required to do with it?
I mean I know that they can fire me, but can they use it to
keep me from getting future jobs, losing my license and
certification, keeping me out of a good grad school? Or
would them releasing that information be a violation since
it was done at a medical testing facility and the test was
not required by any goverment agency or law?
