If you did not initiate business with the bank, the bank may
be liable under the Fair Credit Reporting Act and similiar
state statute for a token amount of damages- $500 or $1000.
I don't think you'd get more than that if the access wasn't
malicious (for example, if you were an adversary in
litigation, you might get significant damages).
I'd worry more about the possibility that someone applied
for credit in your name- ie IDENTITY THEFT- first.
