If two individuals willingly shoot at each other with Co2
powered bb guns, and none of the individuals insist to
relieve fire and one get's injured, but does not file
charges because of being friends...and then wishes to file
assualt after an argument irrelevant of the situation can
that be considered assault? Especially since both
individuals were willingly shooting at each other?
