one of my friends asked me if he could use my address fora
magazine to be sent to my house..i said no problem....now
he used my address with out me knowing for 4 months and i
got a late bill that was addressed in his name with my
address on it...and the envelope was taped becuase i saw a
piece of tape on it and the piece of tape broke...so i took
it out of the envelope and called him and read him the
letter....is this a federal offense even though he used my
address with out me knowing he used it and doesnt live with
me?...if he wasnt late on the bill i would have never of
known he used my address......so i called the place he used
it and they werent to happy that he used my address with
out asking me first
