Hello

My name is being used on a website in reference to animal
neglect. This accusation is compltely false as the person
making the claim was the one who abused the animal. I have
vet reports and documents to support that this claim is
totally false. They used my first and last name as well as
the city I live in.

What rights do I have to take action?
