My name is josh and I am 22 years old. My mother and father
seperated for divorce last november and my mother moved away
with me to another city. prior to leaving we filed
individual change of address forms with the usps. I have
recently learned that financial documents of mine have been
intercepted by my father at my previous address and opened
without my consent. I have also become aware that these
financial documents have been submitted to a court of law by
my father threw council with the intent of using them as
some kind of bogas evidance in the divorce case, how these
documents are admissable I am astounded... Correct me if I
am wrong, but does this not constatute mail tampering? A
federal offence! Who do I report this to?
