    In Disperation I was surfing the net and here and Iam.
    This case is on going listed as fasttrack started Feb. 2005.
    How it started:
    City posted end(row) home for sherrif sale Oct 04,sold at
    auction,New owner settles Dec 04 started rehab Jan 05.Jan 05
    contractor breaks for Holiday. Feb 05 City contracts out to
    demolish.Owner is unaware. Owner is contacted and SHOCKED!
    hires attorney.......to date receives half on his investment
    settlement.
    adjacent home suffers damages,owner of.... hires Engineers
    Structual&Forensic etc...Attorney is hired (HERE'S THE GOOD
    PART)City,Representative makes a ridiculous offer and the
    attroney says,...this is a good deal,..here's the break down
    First morgtage 45K outstanding offer 55k estimated damages
    40-45k...here's the catch..55k and take possession and legal
    fees are not included.
    I have not explained in a full layout of all the
    details,..the reader must read inbetween the lines in order
    to comprehend.....however if there ever is such an
    incompentent attorney,.....I have one for the books. The
    Supreme Court will be receiving a petition to disbar.
    Anyone care to give a positive input,..feel free Im open to
    suggestions.
    P.S. present council now motion tobe dismiss.
