brother has been renting from an apartment lease was up april his roomate
signed a new lease .. the roomate has not paid rent they started eviction
process today...when my brother got home from work the landlord said the
roomate claims my brother is squatting an she can have the police remove
him immediately is this correct?? He most definatly is not squatting ..the both
of them were intending to ride out the eviction process.
