I am having the most difficult time searching for real
estate law internships in the New York City area. I am
interested in pursuing a career in commercial real estate
but I don't have a real estate background. I have taken
Property and Contracts courses and will be taking Real
Estate and Mortgages next semester. I am quite eager to
learn this area of law but don't know how to get started.
I have reached out to a few companies and emailed my resume
but they never called me back. If any knows someone in the
industry that would be willing to mentor a law student,
please reply. I need all the help I can get. By the way,
my grades are decent but not great.
