Post: Looking for foreclosure education and data provider

Has anyone heard of a company called
http://www.foreclosuretrackers.com? I am looking for
foreclosure training / education and data provider. They
seem to have an interesting strategy of foreclosure
investing with defaulted mortgages and wanted to see what
the community thought before I made a decision.
