I am out of work and rely on income from rental property.
In this case I want to sell Tenant my proprty withou
raising flags to the local community and BK trustee/Court.
I am considering a rent to own contract, but asking a down
payment before BK13 ends. I will enter Contract for Deed
after BK13 ends.
How can I do this in Texas legally and trat this as regular
earned income and not have to be penalised by the BK
Trustee?
