This is a bit complicated so I will suggest for you to
invest a little bit of money and hired a Real Estate
Attorney to help you with everything you want to acomplish
i.e. creating a Corporation

Best of luck with your investments in Real Estate, the best
investment is in Real Estate always, even better than the
Stock Market
