Post: Family nightmare over reverse mortgage

My boyfreind And I tried to purchase house out of reverse
mortgage .We did not Qualify for enough to pay the
brothers off there third .Which was $25.000 each .The
father past in june of 2006 he wanted his son that took
care of him for 10 years to have the house .So now the
older brother is purchasing home and booting us out .My
Question is can the other brothers charge us back rent for
staying here for the last year with no rental agreement.We
tried for almost 4 months to get this loan .They would not
except our offers .They want to take my honeys money for
back rent .We need some advise please .Billie and brannon
