Post: SELLING REAL ESTATE

A friend and I worked for months posting real estate
listing for a company based in FL. This company stated we
would be paid after closing. We haven't been paid. Now, I
find it was illegal to post these ads as neither of us has
a real estate license. Any assistance would be appreciated.
Is this truly illegal in FL? SAM
