My base rate includes word-for-word scoping against audio
and scan proofing the job before sending it back to my
reporter. The Eclipse file will have "Comments"
(nonprinting text) explaining a spot that needs your
attention, as well as an @ sign in the text.

I'm a Texas Houstonian finding the work pipeline slowed to
a trickle now that Texas passed tort litigation reform. I
need a wider pool of reporters to keep me busy.
