    Bob, thanks for the suggesstion, tried that already. You're
    right about actually talking to a person, but one of the tech
    support calls I made they were absolutely useless. But that
    was perhaps an isolated incident. I am glad to hear that
    others think they're that good though, makes me feel better
    about the program. I really do like it and I know that it will
    interface with some other bookkeeping programs. We're getting
    ready to link the 2 computers so my secratary will stick to
    quickbooks and I'll stick with abacus for now.
