I love it! It was civil rights/voting rights act case. The
judges said my rebuttal was outstanding. WHen you get my
competitive juices going, ya best watch out! THe judges
reversed the district court decision--we won!

Anyway, I am going to a law school in Houston, and the
judges were two solo attys. One was a bankruptcy specialist,
and he said that it has been dead for him......said that one
of the most injurious aspects of the new law was that the
lawyer gets something like 3rd cut on whatever the client
has left.

Bad news.....
